Among the soldiers of the 88th who were killed or mortally wounded at Dabney's Mill / Hatcher's Run:

Company B: Privates Cornelius McNulty, and James Yoder

Company D: Private Hartley Jaques

Out of 34,517 Union troops engaged, 171 soldiers were killed, 1,181 were wounded and 187 were captured for a total of  1,539.  Crawford's Third Division suffered 74 soldiers killed , 525 wounded and 569 missing in action in the two days of fighting for a total of 1168 casualties. The Eighty-Eighth suffered 6 soldiers killed , 23 wounded and 5 missing in action.

Out of 13,835 Confederate troops engaged, they suffer 1,161 casualties.
